The plant has everything required for the efficient work: a shop for sunflower processing and vegetable oils production, warehouses for storing raw materials, cake, oil storage tanks, an elevator for 125 thousand tons of grain, an accredited laboratory, qualified personnel.

The most advanced equipment allows organizing a number of modern processes for the sunflower oil production, and careful laboratory control of products ensures their quality and safety.

Our own fleet of vehicles and a railway line allow us to carry out prompt road and rail delivery of goods throughout Russia.

Our production

Squeezing daily from the kernel thousands of tons of sunflower grown in the Tambov region, high-quality tasty and healthy vegetable oil, we also get daily more than 300 tons of high-protein natural cake, widely used in fodder production. The sunflower husk remaining in the process of kernel separation is pressed , used in space heating systems.

products

Eco-friendly raw materials: for the production of oil and cake, sunflower seeds grown in the ecologically clean Tambov Region as well as raw materials produced by our enterprise and farms of the Tambov Region are used.

The technology of oil production by expression is more environmentally friendly. The technological process of manufacture provides for cleaning the seeds from husks, heating the seeds kernels and oil expression. This technology does not require using organic solvents.

The oil has excellent taste and nutritional properties. The cake has a higher protein, is more nutritious and does not contain husk.
