The sunflower oil of the Tambov manufacturer was highly appreciated by experts.
The products of the Tambov agricultural holding of Ecooil were highly appreciated by the jury of the competition "100 Best Goods of Russia" in 2020. Most recently, the enterprise located in the village settlement of Bolshaya Lipovitsa celebrated its 5th anniversary. Over the years, the manufacturing capacity of Ecooil has grown, the range of suppliers has expanded and now the products are in demand not only in our country, but also abroad; the enterprises’ requirements for the quality of products have been constantly increasing.
Today, the agricultural holding is engaged in the manufacture of GOST unrefined sunflower oil, as well as in the processing of cake and husk remaining after sunflower processing. They are used for production of compound feed and pellets used for heating.
Ecooil presented unrefined sunflower oil to the competition “100 Best Goods of Russia”, which is being held in the country for the 23rd time, becoming a participant in the nomination “Products for industrial and technical purposes”.
This year, even at the regional stage, the participants of "100 Best Goods of Russia" faced serious competition. The participants of the competition of this year became 19 Tambov enterprises, which presented to the competition jury various food and industrial products, as well as services rendered in different fields of activity. The experts carried out a serious and comprehensive assessment of the competing products and services. They examined both the submitted documents and product samples. This approach made it possible to evaluate the quality of the goods sent to the All-Russian stage of the competition. The Ecooil products have received only positive experts’ reviews.
The plant manufactures unrefined sunflower oil by hot pressing, without using chemicals. At this method, vegetable raw materials are preheated to 100-120 degrees, which allows keeping the maximum possible amount of useful components in the oil and extends the product shelf life. The products are manufactured in strict accordance with GOST, which is confirmed by certification on an annual basis.
“A feature of our products is environmentally friendly raw materials - for the oil manufacture, we use sunflower of our own production, as well the one grown at farms of the Tambov Region”, states the Ecooil enterprise. “We use the pressing technology. In this case, the technological process of manufacture provides for cleaning the seeds from husks, heating the seeds kernels and oil expression. This method does not require using organic solvents at all. The oil also has excellent taste and nutritional properties.”
The benefits of unrefined oil are well known. It contains nutrients valuable for the body, vitamins of groups A, D, E and F, unsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6), which assist the brain functions, as well as have the ability to remove cholesterol, normalize the functioning of blood vessels, help fighting with atherosclerosis, improve a number of other processes in the body. And of course, unlike refined oil, it has its own unique taste and aroma.
